Randstad has immediate openings for experienced MIG Welders for a growing automotive assembly plant in Athens, TN. This is a great opportunity for entry-level welders to gain experience in a production environment. Shifts are 8 hours and run 5-7 days per week. We currently have openings on first, second and third shift! Join an expanding team and begin your career today!


Loading and unloading metal parts onto a robotic welding cell. After robot welds part, operator must inspect part for quality and correct any welds that need to be corrected by manually mig-welding part on the spot.

Working hours: 3 PM - 11 PM


1 year or more welding experience

1 or more years working in a manufacturing environment

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

High School Diploma or GED

All candidates must submit to required drug and background screenings
